Circa 21 for “Rise Up, O Men”—the newest Church Basement Ladies!
“Rise Up O Men” is a brand new musical featuring the men of the church and your favorite church basement ladies who serve them. As these hard-working
farmers discuss their scrap lumber piles and the benefits of solder vs weld, they unintentionally disrupt the order of the kitchen. But that’s what happens when
you let roosters in the hen house! Rise Up, O Men! shows us a couple of days in the life of a small rural Lutheran church circa 1964.  This show maintains the
same light-hearted, folksy humor and witty songs, with sprinkles of sweetness, that has been the hot dish of this series Mavis, Karin, and Vivian are back in
the kitchen frowning just a bit at the presence of the men. Turns out the kitchen needs a little fixing up, and there seems to be something wrong with the
furnace. Pastor Gunderson is joined by Karin’s husband, Elroy Engelson, and handyman, Carl. We also have an appearance of an elderly Arlo to throw a
little more confusion into the chaos of men in the kitchen. Between Mavis’ hot flashes, Karin’s missing mother’s ring, and Vivian’s annoyance at having men in
the kitchen, more than the coils in the old refrigerator/freezer need to be aired out. The pastor has aspirations about being a comedian, but all of his jokes go
down the toilet. Karin is feeling the pangs of seeing her daughter go off to college, and the Lutherans need to get their act together for the talent show.
Price: $75.00 includes motor coach, lunch, show, dessert of choice, and all tips

    Wednesday, May 23                        Depart: 7:30 a.m.                        Return at 6:30 p.m.
    Collingsworth Family at Fireside!!
Excitement, spiritual anointing, family emphasis, and musical excellence are what you’ll find in a Collingsworth Family concert. Phil and Kim’s ministry began
in college where Phil earned a degree in Sacred Music studying Trumpet and Music Education and Kim arranged music for her school’s traveling performing
groups.  Since their first engagement together as musicians in 1986 until now, their ministry has flourished into a full-time venture that involves their entire
family.  Persistent attention to cutting-edge arranging, musical excellence and proper spiritual emphasis are the keys to their God given success.  An inspiring
concert by the Collingsworth Family includes both award-winning vocal and instrumental music that is certainly a treat for all ages.  They have received
numerous awards and honors throughout the Gospel industry.  Through it all, their purpose remains to give the talent God has loaned them back to their
Creator as a sacrifice of praise!
Price: $84.00 per person includes Fireside’s famous Fish & Chicken Buffet,  concert, motor coach and drivers tip

    Circa 21: “Mama Won’t Fly!”
An outrageously hilarious race against the clock begins when Savannah Sprunt Fairchild Honeycutt agrees to get her feisty mother all the way from Alabama
to California in time for her brother's wedding. Savannah's problem: Mama won't fly. With only four days to make it to the ceremony, this determined
daughter has no choice but to drive cross-country with her equally willful mother, Norleen Sprunt, in Mama's vintage sedan. As Savannah steels herself for
this hastily conceived road trip, another outrageous complication arises: a bubbly, over-eager bride-to-be arrives unannounced. Hayley Quinn, delighted to
finally meet her future in-laws, is convinced that traveling together to her wedding is the perfect way to bond. The folly of her decision quickly becomes
apparent when the journey begins and comedic chaos ensues. Every conceivable—and inconceivable—mishap that can occur does, including the theft of
their car, a near-fatal encounter at an underwear museum, a mad dash across the desert in a hijacked eighteen-wheeler and a riotous detour to Vegas. In a
surprising and heartwarming resolution, they forge an exciting new path for their own relationship and welcome Hayley into their delightfully wacky family.
